The
98th anniversary of the development of modern science in Mongolia and the Scientific
Worker’s Day have celebrated today. In 2019, the United Nations Educational,
Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) celebrated World Scientific Day under
the theme of "Open Science, leaving no one behind". Mongolia is celebrating
the Scientific Worker’s Day with the motto of "Open Science, good
governance for society". On the opening of the celebration ceremony, delegations
from Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Sports, President of Mongolian
Academy of Sciences D. Regdel have delivered the congratulatory speeches.
During celebration ceremony, the “top four innovations of Science and Technology -2019” and “Awards of Great Scientists” were given to the outstanding research teams and scientists for the scientific achievements.
