By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, the President
of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences, Regdel D., was awarded the Pushkin Medal.
The Pushkin Medal is a state award of the Russian Federation awarded to foreign citizens.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of
the Russian Federation to Mongolia I. K. Azizov wrote in an official letter to
the President of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences:“This event is evidence of the recognition
by the leadership of Russia of your significant contribution to the development
of Russian-Mongolian relations in the humanitarian sphere. Undoubtedly, you
have done and continue to do a lot to expand cooperation between our two
countries in various fields of science. We are convinced that broad erudition,
deep knowledge and a fundamental approach to any business will be of great help
in your future professional activities.”
