On the occasion of the 2230th anniversary of Foundation of
the first Mongolian Statehood, 815th anniversary of the Great Mongol Empire, 110th
anniversary of the Restoration of national freedom and independence, 100th
anniversary of People’s Revolution of Mongolia, 100th anniversary of the
establishment and development of modern science in Mongolia and 60th
anniversary of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences, the President of Mongolia Khurelsukh U. issued a decree awarding the titles of
Labor Hero of Mongolia, People's Teacher, Honored Scientist and Honored Teacher
of Mongolia to prominent people.
The President of Mongolia Khurelsukh U. congratulated the scientists, doctors, professors and teachers who received the highest state award and wished all the best for their families, children, relatives and colleagues.
The people's teacher, academician, professor Avdai Chilhajav was awarded the title of Hero of Labor, the Golden Soyombo badge and the Order of Sukhe-Bator for the fact that he mobilized his knowledge, experience and skills to train engineers and technicians with higher education in Mongolia, made a valuable contribution to the development hierarchical system of higher education and has achieved many new results in science, industry and agricultural production.
