Mr. Oldrich Zajicek, Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of the Czech Republic, has today visited Mongolian Academy of Sciences and met President D. Regdel. During the meeting, President D.Regdel and Mr. Zajicek have discussed about the visit of Mrs. Eva Zazimalova, President of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, to MAS from September 30 to October 1, 2019, and two president’s signing on the updated Memorandum of Understanding in between two academies during her visit. President D.Regdel and Mr. Zajicek have also discussed about the current situations of research collaborations of two countries and further possibilities to expand the scientific collaborations in the fields of natural sciences and technology.
President D.Regdel mentioned that before 1990s, two science academies were working closely with the numbers of research collaborative projects in several research institutes. He noted that President Eva Zazimalova’s visit to MAS will bring the scientific collaborations to a new level by providing the fruitful opportunities to initiate the joint research projects again in between research institutes from two academies.
Mr. Zajicek has also noted that Embassy of the Czech Republic will support the all aspects of scientific collaborations of two academies and training of young researchers from MAS in Czech Republic.
