The Institute of Mathematics and Digital Technology, MAS is working to establish a Computational Center for Scientific Research. The institute has recently received a computer server FUJITSU with a high capacity (costs 96,160,000 MNT/ 2,343,080 rubles) from the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research in Dubna, Russia.
The server is equipped with the latest high-performance NVIDIA V100 graphics processor, 64-channel central processor, 192 GB of memory, and 1.2 TB of SSD hard drives. Additionally, the researchers from the institute have added the 40-degree capacity file system the user's file system. Configuration of the required systems to the computing center, such as policy distribution and user management systems has currently finished. And, the server has installed a lot of energy, materials science, molecular dynamic design, protein structure, and modeling software, and it is possible to install additional software for the needs of users.
