Samples of the “Mongolian Legal Encyclopedia” were handed over to the Mongolian Academy of Sciences

Academician S. Narangerel presented today his "Mongolian Legal Encyclopedia" to the Mongolian Academy of Sciences.

The encyclopedia includes explanations of legal terms in all areas of legal (state, constitutional, administrative, financial, criminal, environmental, procedural) and private (civil, labor, family), as well as international public and private law. It also includes over 2,200 scholarly commentaries on legal issues applied in the world and Mongolian government, legal theory, history and criminology, and forensic medicine. The translation of terms into English in the dictionary is aimed at bringing the terms of Mongolian legislation in line with the rest of the world, translating them correctly and reflecting their unique features.

D. Regdel, President of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences, wrote in the introduction to the book: “Among the Mongols there are many people who have been engaged in science for generations. One of the proofs of this is academician Narangerel and his father Sodovsuren B.

The publication by the Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs of the first encyclopedia of Mongolian law by S. Narangerel shows that the great wisdom of the Mongolian statehood, based on the sages, was not healed. Members of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences are leading scientists in their fields. The effective use of their intelligence, knowledge and professional skills remains a powerful engine that will guide the development of the country from generation to generation."
