By the order of the President of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences, L. Oyun was awarded a doctoral degree and received a diploma.
Oyun L. defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic
"Theoretical and methodological studies of the financial education system
of Mongolian citizens."
From 1973 to 1978 she studied at the St. Petersburg University, Russia, receiving a diploma in Economics and Political Science. She then went on to study finance and economics at the National University of Mongolia, the Republic of Korea, Australia, Germany and the United States.
