The regular General Assembly of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences was
held on February 25, 2021, and Davaasambuu J.,
Nanzad Ts., Norovsuren J., Togtohbayar N. and Batbayar Ts. were elected members
of the Academy.
According to the nomination of these scientists for the title of
"Academician" by the President of the Academy of Sciences, on May 14,
2021, the President of Mongolia, Battulga Khaltmaa, issued a decree conferring
the title of "Academician".
According to the decree of the President of Mongolia, the ceremony of awarding the title of “Academician” took place at the State Palace yesterday.
