Dr. Gregor Jansen, art historian and director of Kunsthalle Dusseldorf museum, Germany and Ms. Oyuntuya, Mongolian Cultural Ambassador, have today visited Mongolian Academy of Sciences and met President D. Regdel.
They have arrived at Ulaanbaatar city to participate in a workshop themed as “Cultural eco system and Urban Attendance-Contemporary Art” to be held on August 21, 2019 within the frameworks of 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations in between Mongolia and Germany.
During the meeting, President D.Regdel noted that Germany and Mongolia have a long history of high level of scientific collaborations and Germany is the biggest scientific partner of Mongolia from European countries. The delegates and President D. Regdel have discussed about future research collaborations on modern art and organizing of the related joint exhibition.
The Kunsthalle Dusseldorf is considered as an important museum in modern and contemporary art.
