President of the Academy of Sciences of Mongolia D. Regdel /July 1,
2021/ received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan
to Mongolia J. J. Adilbaev.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the intensification
and development of cooperation in the field of science and technology.
First of all, the parties agreed that the institutes of physics,
mathematics, chemistry and technology of the Academy of Sciences of the two
countries have great potential for cooperation.
Therefore, the parties tentatively agreed to sign a
memorandum of understanding between the National Academy of Sciences of
Kazakhstan and the Academy of Sciences of Mongolia in 2021.

Also, they talked that within the framework of this cooperation a wide
range of joint research opportunities for studying the genetics of related
peoples, such as Kazakhs, Mongols, Oirats and Urainhais, will be opened.
The ambassador also said that in October it is
planned to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the National
Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan. He invited the President of the Mongolian
Academy of Sciences D. Regdel to the anniversary and conveyed the invitation of
the President of the Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan.
